This place understood exactly what people expect of hostels. The staff is genuinely friendly and interested by the guests, everything is always clean (I saw cleaning up multiple times a day), the rooms are spacious, there are enough bathrooms for everyone, etc. As if this was not enough, they provide laundry service, sell of lot of useful stuff (SIM cards for instance), have an integrated stolovaya (like a canteen) opened all the time, offer excursions, etc. And finally, as a nice addition for me, who works remotely: a coworking area with desks is available free of charge.

Apple Hostel is simply dope! The rooms are clean, the common areas are cozy, the staff is cute and friendly. You can chill by the pool all day long, and in the evening you can participate in the activities organized by the hostel, such as traditional kitchen workshops and Kyrgyz language classes. At night you can have long and profound conversations with other residents, who are all great people — I think this place just attracts them. So basically you don't even have to leave Apple Hostel (if you want you can take a 3 minute walk to the local store to buy some Arpa beer). Just book a room and be yourself.

We only stayed for 1 night in the private room, but the hostel was bustling, with lots of included tours/information/amenities! I feel like they've probably handled a million different scenarios and questions with the variety of travelers going through. They had an issue with hot water in the shower the day I arrived, and someone brought a huge bucket of hot water up to my room for an old school style shower - worked great! They wanted to do a small presentation about Kyrgyz culture the night I arrived as well, but nobody showed up so it was canceled...my one regret! Definitely take advantage of all of their offerings!

Cool old school hostel! With large outdoor sitting area for hanging around and meeting fellow travellers, they also organise activities for the guests (games, language classes, pub crawls) and run a travel agency offering day and multi days trips The mixed dorm is spacious with well organised bunk beds (curtains, light, plugs and hooks) and storage space Personnel at reception is friendly, knowledgeable and speak English The kitchen is relatively small but well equipped When full the toilets downstairs can get a bit messy The hostel is close to Osh Bazaar (large bazaar with all kind of food and stuff) but a bit far away from the city centre. There is a large supermarket with ATMs just around the corner

Clean, spacious room. Shared bathroom clean as well. Towels and slippers provided. 5 different breakfasts offered, which was included and very tasty. Staff members were friendly, spoke English and answered all our questions. The Apple hostel has two locations, just 50 metres away from each other. We had a room at the property which had a pool and walked over to the other location for breakfast. Location is a bit away from the center but very easy to get a Yandex/taxi for a few pounds. Super markets close by and a few restaurants.

I had an excellent stay at Apple Hostel Bishkek in Bishkek. The hostel is very clean, comfortable, and has a unique, charming design. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available to assist with any questions or travel advice. The location is very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions, yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The beds were comfortable, the facilities were well-maintained, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. It felt very safe and homely throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Apple Hostel Bishkek to anyone visiting Bishkek and would happily stay here again!

It is a big Hostel in Bishkek with comfortable bars. They have 2 houses about 200 meters from each other. One you can cook, the other one you cannot good because there are not much cooking pans.

This hostel is nice, rooms very clean but the floors and kitchen was not in the best shape. Location is close to Osh bazaar, around 15 minutes walking. You can get easily to the city center by bus. Receptionist were sometimes bit confused and didn’t advise the correct bus direction. Otherwise they were nice and helpful. Plus is also a swimming pool in the next building which was full of small children that time. I liked the idea of some program for each evening in the hostel which is for free and you can join it.

24/7 front desk, hostel activities every night or two. Private room was excellent, beds were nice, pool was great. Was very social when I went, stayed about a week in total. When I lost my phone and all my money the staff helped my out massively: One women on the desk lent me her personal phone and some money for half the day so I could go to the bank, call home and buy a new phone, above and beyond service. Canteen on-site that was 24/7
